Badminton Camp

Skyhawks Badminton focuses on skill refinement as well as practice and match play to develop consistent, well-rounded badminton players. Players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, shuttlecock positioning and serves during a series of drills designed to teach skills in a fun and dynamic way. In addition to developing a love for badminton, athletes will learn the rules and etiquette that make badminton an exciting game to play.

Participants should bring:

• Appropriate athletic attire and sneakers
• A racket (limited extras available)
• A couple of snacks and drinks
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen (outdoor camps)
• Hat (optional, outdoor camps)

Every child receives a Skyhawks award certificate and Skyhawks camper t-shirt.
