Description

Use the parking lot off S Garrison St

Skyhawks participants should bring:

Appropriate athletic attire and sneakers
Lunch, two snacks, & water bottle (for programs over four hours)
Two snacks & water bottle (for programs four hours or less)
Sunscreen (outdoor camps)
Hat (optional, outdoor camps)

All Skyhawks programs are coed
Skyhawks programs are designed for beginning up to intermediate athletes
Coaches will group kids by age and/or ability during the first day of the program
Coaches will teach sport-specific skills, run drills, and play skill-based games
Participants will play games unrelated to sports at the start and end of camp and during snack break
Where a sport is offered for two different age ranges the same week, we may choose to combine programs in the event of low enrollment

Charge into a thrilling experience with Skyhawks Lacrosse! This program teaches young athletes essential lacrosse skills like stick-handling and shooting in a supportive, non-contact setting. All equipment is provided (although personal sticks are welcome). Lacrosse programs foster a sense of teamwork while participating in this fun and fast-paced sport. We use soft training balls but we do not use helmets, pads, or gloves.
