Track and Field Camp

• All Skyhawks programs are coed
• Skyhawks programs are designed for beginning up to intermediate athletes
• Coaches will group kids by age and/or ability during the first day of the program
• Coaches will teach sport-specific skills, run drills, and play skill-based games
• Participants will play games unrelated to sports at the start and end of camp and during snack break
• Where a sport is offered for two different age ranges the same week, we may choose to combine programs in the event of low enrollment

Dash, jump, and throw with Skyhawks Track & Field! This program teaches young athletes track and field essentials, from body positioning and stride to stretching and cool-downs. Participants try events like javelin, discus, and hurdles (events vary by location). Each session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship.
