Oregon / SW WA Summer Classroom Training

Welcome to the Skyhawks team! If you are a returning staff member, welcome back! 

The Skyhawks Classroom Training is required for all new Coach and Director staff. If you are a returner, you should plan to register as well, but feel free to check with your manager. In this training, your instructor(s) will cover 4 key areas of content: 

1. Preparation - "Pre-Game"
2. Execution - "Game Time"
3. Instruction and Participant Behavior
4. Procedures, Scenarios and Core Expectations

You should expect a mix of lecture, videos and breakout sessions. Come prepared to listen, learn and participate. Make it a point to connect with your fellow staff and help build a solid foundation for this amazing coaching team. We look forward to seeing you at training!

*1-2 snacks (optional)

*Pencil or pen

*Notepad

*Dress comfortable, but appropriate. Athletic attire or casual dress is acceptable. 

*Some Classroom Training events are more active, so please wear shoes (no sandals)
